The property is in a great location, close to a shopping mall and several restaurants in the Polanco area. It’s comfortable for two to three people, featuring a modern look and well-maintained spaces. The kitchen is convenient, though the cookware could be improved.

Smooth check in process. Courteous staff. I would have liked AC in the apartment or an extra fan

Loved the space we got. Nice spacious living room. Small kitchen and fridge. Blackout curtains with a patio. Although I was a little disappointed to find hair still in the shower and some food scrapes in the kitchen sink. Ideal location for site seeing

We enjoyed our stay and loved our big terrace. The company was quick to provide an extra fan when I requested. Safe and walkable neighborhood and easy to get to Antara and Palacio del Hierro. So many food options around. We want to also acknowledge our hardworking security person, Luis, always opened the gates for us with a smile and warmth, and memorized our names right away! Always diligent in his work and helpful. Amazing experience all around for us.

Octavio, Naty and Sandy are amazing people and make the stay worthwhile. The actual ULIV brand lacks in other areas and properties, with respect to prompt reservations and personal treatment for regular customers. Mexico 🇲🇽 is always top notch service, but ULIV tries to cut corners and sacrifices in the name of practicality. It’s tailored to other cultures not for Mexicans or Mexico

I had a great stay I love shopping and the had so many stores

Apartment was clean, well decorated, spacious and confortable. It is located in a small apartment building in a safe residential area. Restaurants and shops streets are around 10 minutes away (walking).

Un placer conocerlos y haber pasado unos estupendos días en CDMEX, en un lugar que todo el tiempo nos brindo un excelente servicio, una super ubicacion y seguridad de primera. Gracias Octavio y equipo, pronto volveremos

Good stay but small and tight apartments

El control remoto de la tv no responde con facilidad, a saber si la pila necesita cambiarse. Una de las dos cadenas de las persianas rota de la cadena. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir en la regadera. La secadora de pelo en mal estado y no prende. La lampara al medio del baño no da iluminacion en el espejo para maquillarse. Las puertas que dividen la sala de la habitacion se atoran y no cierran bien. El colchon de la cama incomodo, quiza ya necesite cambiarse. I cannot say more about this place. If you really want to enjoy your stay in Mexico City, you should stay in this place. It is beautiful, clean, absolutely amazing!
