Our booking was made for 1 night on the 27 July 2025. Fully paid. Booked for Family Quadruple Room. We checked in the hotel at 12.00 ++ midnight. The room was not ready at that time and we waited for half an hour. They accommodated us into a completely poor room that was not clean at all, with hair all around the room. Poor customer service. We checked in late and were tired, we did not expect this kind of hotel. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. Dear future Customers, please do not go to this hotel. POOR
