Delia was delightful! The stocked mini fridge and snacks were unexpected and a nice surprise. Location was close enough to walk to all the sites, but not in the middle of it all.

Nice location, friendly staff, great room…

Staff was amazing and so helpful.. room was comfortable and shower pressure was great. Food in restaurant was amazing and bar staff friendly. Was out a bit from noisey areas but within great walking distance to everything.

This hotel has a nice, clean modern bathroom . The bed was very comfortable unlike most hotel beds. I would definitely stay here again !

Overall an excellent hotel.

This boutique hotel is very clean and close to Dumo and shopping area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we asked to change our room because of having a tub shower and not a walking shower and the staff immediately helped us to change our room to a better room with walking shower. We walked to every shopping area. The tram T2 is the best way to get to this hotel from airport. It only cost $1.70 euro per person. The stop for hotel is about a short walk. The staff guided us to different restaurants every night and each restaurant was fantastic. They have water and sparkling water bottles in the room free of charge. There are tea and instant coffee available in the room, too. Most hotels in Florence are in old buildings. This hotel is also in an old building but it has been updated and remodeled. We definitely will be back here.
