It is very nice hotel, great location. The staff is very accommodating and kind. Their set meal for dinner was yummy. Onsen is very nice, completed with sauna. Hotel room is quite spacious compared to the ones in Tokyo. Pyjamas are comfortable. I like their body wash and shampoo. I just wish I stayed longer!
