1. Guest check-in is not the same as when booked 2. Hotel room 3.5 * but in fact only 2 * so guests are deceived for the 2nd time. 3. Room booking includes breakfast but when asked staff, it said no service. breakfast, reluctant to make food Breakfast for guests only bread no other choice, too bad. Recommend the app to review for help

The room is clean, The hotel owner is super nice, check in early from 11am, check out 3pm but no extra charge. Back in Cat Ba will definitely still stay here

Phòng sạch sẽ, Chủ khách sạn siêu tốt tính, checkin sớm từ 11h, check out 3r chiều nhưng không tính thêm tiền. Quay lại Cát Bà chắc chắn vẫn sẽ ở đây
