Clean room, nice bathroom, hot water, TV, friendly and responsive staff. additional note: Spare pillows in the closet are often checked for dirt, there are hangers, but no place to put them.

The sheets and towels smelled good, the bathroom was also clean with hot water that worked well. There was no impression of being shabby or stuffy, which is often found in hotels with similar prices. Facilities Appropriate, Even Exceeding the Price It is not as complete as a star-rated hotel, but the facilities provided are more than enough. The AC is cold, the Wi-Fi is quite stable, the TV works well, and there is free drinking water. The room is also quite spacious for the price offered. Friendly Service The staff are friendly and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is fast without any hassle. They are also willing to provide information about the surrounding area. Easily Accessible Location This hotel is in a strategic location, close to places to eat and public transportation, so it is very practical for short trips. Conclusion For the price I paid, this hotel clearly exceeded expectations. Suitable for those who need short accommodation at an economical price but still comfortable and clean.

when first arrived greeted warmly by the hotel staff. check in process is easy and fast, the price is very friendly. comfortable and clean room, comfortable and functional facilities, such as hot water, tv, blankets, drinking water. vehicles are safe, because there is 24-hour security. basically a pleasant experience staying here. hopefully can vacation in Bandung and stay here again.

The hotel is a vintage building, not too far from the main road. So it's not noisy, but there are lots of mosquitoes. It's better if someone wants to check in, they have to spray it first. I happen to be a no-nonsense person, so this price doesn't ask for much, the most important thing is that the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. Overall I slept soundly

The staff is very friendly. Arrive there before check-in time, but you are allowed to enter directly. Regarding cleanliness, it's okay. Without AC, it's not bad, because the air in Lembang is cool. Location is easy to get to. Want to find something to eat too? But most of them close at 9 pm 🤣. Note: it's better to bring your own toiletries.

I have ever been here before. This hotel has large parking space, and walking distance to Pasar Lembang, ATM, and Durian Place. Since it is weekend, the hotel is full and I only can get standard room and have no chance to upgrade in hotel. Overall the hotel is okay and has strategic location.

Overall: 3.5 out of 5. Pros: the price per night is quite cheap. Strategic location because the position tends to be in the middle of Lembang. Parking is spacious and close to the room. Security for rooms and parking is okay, stand-by security guard and one gate system. Bathroom with shower & sitting WC, water heater available. Cons: there is only 1 socket, so it's difficult if you want to charge more than 1 electronic device at the same time. There is no electric kettle available, so if you need hot water you have to ask the receptionist. But the hot water from the receptionist smelled a bit like iron, which when checked was because the kettle/kettle provided was rusty and the water was not clearly from a gallon or from a tap. The room lights/lighting are a bit dim. The television is almost useless because it uses STB and even then it lags. Whether the bed/mattress is 'very soft' or if it's about to collapse, it makes the body ache. Air circulation in the room is not good, tends to be stuffy and damp.
