Looking at the app, everything seemed OK. Oh my god, when I got there, I saw the building in a deep alley, plus the glass gate, I couldn't see inside, and where was the view? I couldn't find the contact number, only the hotline number, and after calling, I had to scan the QR code to make friends on Zalo and follow each step. I have a small child, just got off the plane and had to go the extra mile to get there, I wanted to cry. I was so tired of seeing her go through each step to get in through self-check-in, so tired, so frustrated, I just skipped any step.
The first time I booked a room on the Traveloka app, I was so disappointed. I hope the app doesn't accept to sell room services like that anymore.
