The staff was friendly and the room quite clean too. Near the center of the city and lots of restaurants around.

It doesn't match the picture, the curtain is torn, the shower is about to come off.

My room #508 can't closed the door, staff say: sorry sir our door is broken so it can't be closed, but it's safe to sleep. What? Room O is for sale. I think batter at the behind or other hotel. Thank you

The staff was friendly. This is very old building, jadi agak bau debu.

If you go to Balikpapan, just stay here. It's low budget and close to the city center.

Cheap, clean, close to shopping center. Suitable for low budget vacation.

The bed is full of ants. The hot water doesn't work.

The AC is not cold, there is no soap, booked for 2 adults but only given 1 towel, no water heater, the room smells.

The location is close to the Crowd Area, very easy to access

For a break after coming from out of town. Then the mall is close. Just walk. The room price is cheap, the room is spacious. The receptionist staff is friendly. 👍🏻
