I requested a top floor but was given the first floor even though there were many empty rooms above. The hot water didn't work in the morning. I asked the staff and they said it would only be available at 8 because they were draining it. I waited until after 9, but it was a complete mess. Luckily, the accommodation is easily accessible, and the parking lot is spacious enough for easy entry and exit.

The place is clean and strategic... For a place that fits your budget... 😄

Very comfortable, the hotel area is clean, suitable for a staycation with family, the location of the room and the windows are just right facing the view of the mountains and residents' houses.

It's quite good for the price, but the hot water is hard to get out.

The hotel staff and service are very friendly and good, the facilities are very lacking, they say it takes 5-10 minutes for the hot water to come out, but I waited for 20 minutes and it wasn't hot at all, you can't check in early and there's no free late checkout, even if you want to check out early or late you have to add more, the wifi is slow.

The location is actually very convenient because it's far from the noise. However, the facilities are less than satisfactory. The Wi-Fi was down, so the TV in the room wouldn't turn on, the bathroom faucet was broken, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock.

The room was relatively small, the bathroom cramped, and the hot water worked fine. The receptionist was rude, but the other staff were friendly. I got it for around 250 rupiah on a long weekend. The views around the hotel are beautiful.

This time I brought a group of 6 families (1 elf). Need a comfortable but cheap/economical hotel. And for the first time to a budget hotel under 200, I think it's really OK. With a price of 189k/night (excluding breakfast). Clean. Complete, 2 towels, 1 mat, 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste, 2 soaps are provided. The hot water on the first day was very hot, the next day it felt like a neutral temperature (but it's okay) the bathroom is small but that's okay, don't demand more with a super cheap price! Oh yeah, there's a swimming pool upstairs (the kids took the time to swim even though it was only for a short time), there's a cafe too. You can have coffee, snacks, heavy meals are also available. 😁 there are no photos of the rooms, basically it's according to the picture. ALL STAFF ARE FRIENDLY FROM DAY ONE. EVEN WHEN CO, WE WERE TAKEN TO THE STRAWBERRY GARDEN (FREE) 🥰 thank you.

The hotel guards are nice. The environment is clean. The entrance to the hotel after the main road is quite steep and quite small, maybe only enough for one car and one motorbike if they are side by side. The road is quite dark at night, there are lights but the distance is quite far. The wifi is a bit annoying, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, more often it doesn't. According to the price and what you get, thank you

Recommended hotel, there is Wi-Fi, mini playground, very clean, great view, there is a swimming pool too. Next time can come here again

I got a price of 380 thousand for 1 room, no intention of dropping, purely my review - hot water is off (the receptionist said to drain the water for 10 minutes, I've waited 30 minutes but it's not hot at all) - smart tv but severe buffering - the smell of cigarette smoke never stops from above entering through the bathroom fan into the room, making it hard to breathe - the bed frame has a lot of wood dust and every time you move on the bed, the bed makes a creaking sound - amenities no shampoo - toilet tissue no - there is a heater but the previous customer's water is not disposed of and rusty - not suitable for bringing toddlers - usually just photocopy the ID card at the reception, this is asked for as a guarantee until checkout - no sink - only 1 trash can + there are tea bags, sugar, 2 bottles of 600ml water + there are 2 towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap + spacious parking lot + cold air conditioning + roadside location

It's good to be back in Batu again.

Everything is okay, only the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, there is still hair on the floor of the room, there is water and ants on the kettle jug

So yesterday I stayed again at Urban View for the 3rd time. Once downstairs and twice upstairs. Yesterday I just got a room on the 2nd floor with a direct view of the city and mountains, it was really cool to see the lights of Batu City at night, and in the morning I was given a super beautiful mountain view. There is AC but it wasn't used because the room was really that cold. But unfortunately the wifi was disconnected yesterday even though it usually works smoothly during the few times I've stayed there. I ordered food for breakfast, it's quite cheap and the taste is quite good. The staff is also really cool, the TV had problems and they fixed it right away. The water taps that were stuck were also immediately replaced. For a price under 200k, I got a hotel this comfortable. It will be a favorite place to stay if I go to Batu again.
