The staff service was extremely poor. I still vividly remember the receptionist's high-pitched and rude face. It's a shame I didn't take a photo of her. Hopefully, the hotel will take action. For those of you who want to stay here, please be more careful, firm, and cautious. While the rooms are comfortable, the service is very poor.

For 2 nights, my family enjoyed this hotel (we are from Indonesia). Feel comfort and luxury places, service excellent and strategic location. One word to this hotel “Wonderful Place”. Terima kasih
