the bed support came loose and fell when we lay down on the mattress. Then we asked to move rooms and the staff replaced us with another room. After we moved and lay down on the bed, the support broke. Finally we decided to lift the mattress and move it to the floor because we were tired and wanted to rest immediately. Please, the management pay attention to the condition of the bed so that it is safe to use.

Dirty room not mopped, broken toilet, smelly mattress, noisy AC, dirty walls, horror vibes.

The facilities are according to the price, the water is very dirty yellow, the good thing is you can park directly in front of the room

The room is big but many of the facilities are broken.

No towels. Conditions room very dusty also hot water is very limited. I ordered 4 roomS and there is one room with damaged ac, they change at 1 am in the morning. In the picture there is bath tub in premium room but the fact I don't get anything even for hot water.

The room facilities were lacking, such as soap towels and the shower was also dead.

Horror atmosphere, dirty bathroom, dirty sheets.

AC leaks. The bathroom is less clean. The mattress has iron protruding 1 or 2 points. TV has no broadcast

The towels weren't delivered. the air conditioner is not cold. And the water smells.

The air conditioner isn't cold, it's the same as using a fan, the floor is greasy, even though before being taken by RedDoorz, it was a hotel that was almost on par with other hotels, it was a shame.
