The AC is not cold enough so it's a bit stuffy and sometimes when you flush the toilet after going to the toilet, there's an unpleasant smell. The WiFi doesn't reach the upper floor. There's water in the toilet that stagnates after taking a shower.

The hotel staff is not friendly, when checking out there are many excuses. Down payment of 100 thousand when checking out only given 50 thousand more. Not very friendly to the elderly, to the point of causing a commotion.

Very strategic location close to the city center.

The building is too old and not renovated, so it seems a bit unclean.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Very very satisfying. I slept very well for 2 nights. The bed is very soft.

The staff was not very friendly, the TV in the room was broken, the room was not very clean.

Can borrow spoon except. Door need sign: 1. Green = want to clean. 2. Red = no clean today. Need another features: 1. Need to see guests outside through peep hole. 2. No windows to lobby, so it can be quiet (because can hear peoples chat, motorcycle, school children chat) 3. Staff need to know when customer check out before ask (because I got asked 1 day before check out 0.0) If it 's 15-30 minutes before check out I'm okay with it, but 1 day? Nope 🙅.

Ac tidak dingin. Kamar ya begitulah. Tak ada pilihan karena sudah booking via aplikasi, tak bisa cancel.

Lokasi sangat strategis, tepat di tengah kota Sibolga, hotel bersih, kamar nyaman, kamar mandi bersih tetapi ada sedikit aroma pesing dan AC kurang sejuk, mudah-mudahan bisa lebih baik lagi ke depannya, terima kasih.

The room is decent, the bed is big.

Kamarnya luas dan rapi tapi sedikit kotor atau karena emang jarang dibersihkan. AC nya kurang dingin. Atau pk AC nya terlalu kecil untuk ruangan sebesar ini? Alhasil ruangannya kurang sejuk. Untuk kamar mandi juga bersih. Ketersediaan air juga ada. Tapi, mungkin 'keran pipa' di kamar 19 bocor dan air untuk showernya hanya keliar setetes-setetes. Saya dan keluarga saya, jadi kesulitan buat mandi. Overall, itu saja. Dan Alhamdulillah, dapat harga kamar yang di diskon jadi setengah harga dari harga normal. Untuk penginapan dan istirahat dari perjalanan jauh sudah cukup oke. Tinggal diperhatikan saja lebih detail, apa-apa saja fasilitas yang harus diperbaiki. Terima kasih 🙏🏻.
