The location is quite good, close to restaurants and convenience stores. It's just a short walk to Jalan Alor for dinner. The room is quite spacious, with soft pillows. However, the lighting is lacking, as the light comes from under the bed. The shower is small, and switching from cold to warm water is difficult, as the water immediately becomes hot. I stayed for two nights, but the small towel I used wasn't replaced on the second day. For wheelchair users, there's no elevator directly to the lobby; you have to go through the hallway, which is a bit inconvenient. The food was average, but the desserts were quite good.

So far, my seven-day stay here has been very memorable. The rooms are spacious, the location is strategic, and it's close to the city center. The staff service is also quite satisfactory. However, during my seven-day stay, I encountered small creatures like baby cockroaches on three occasions. This wasn't surprising, as I had read similar reviews before booking this hotel.

From the first day I entered the room after checking in, I found more than five small cockroaches in the bathroom. I went to the front office to ask for a solution by being moved to another room, but all they did was send a cleaning staff to apply medicine in the bathroom. The next day, I wanted to make tea/coffee and found cockroaches in that area (very disgusting). The front office/reception service was unfriendly and did not follow procedures. As far as I know, in a case like this, I should have received a room upgrade as a form of compensation or at least been moved to another, cleaner room.

Overall it's okay, please fix it, the staff who checked the room when checking out had left something behind but didn't say so.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. From my room, I could see the KL Tower and the twin towers, and the amenities were complete.

The location is very strategic near alor street. The new landmark view. Almost nice for all, but the staff should be added, especially in lobby area and the lift sign at basement floor should be added. Thank you.

actually the hotel was quite good but I was very dissapointed while checking in because each customer needs about 30-45 minutes for checking in 😓

So far everything is okay… it’s just that the lift for wheelchairs has to go into the hallway, not directly into the hotel lobby.
