Staying here is very comfortable, the service is very good and friendly, the receptionist is very helpful. Fast check in, the room is also clean and fragrant, the bed is comfortable and soft. fast check in and check out service. also when there is a need, it is responded well. there is a room with 2 kingsize beds that is suitable for families.

I can't count how many times I've stayed here, it's comfortable, safe, strategic.

It was my fault that the date I booked was different, and it was the next day, there was no solution from the hotel, I had asked for help regarding a letter from the hotel's approval to be attached to Traveloka so that I could get a refund, but that was it, I was disappointed for the last time staying there even though I had already subscribed 😔

booked a room for a friend, and the impression was a bit disappointed with the facilities in the room, the bathroom had no glass partition door, wanted to ask to move rooms but was not given a reason that it was already in use, even though we had to wait for confirmation for ±30 minutes, only used for urinating, our experience in other hotels with the same price, if the room is indeed uncomfortable, if you want to move, you are given one, because the room is not good, but maybe the hotel policy is different, then because there is no door when taking a shower the floor becomes muddy, the employee said "there is a doormat" he answered very lightly to the guest, even though he ordered a deluxe room, how about a superior room? The room facilities are like cheap hotel rooms, only 1 towel is given, 1 sandal, even though there are 2 guests, there is no table, the soap dish is pressed once and immediately pulled out of its place. The breakfast food is okay, they say it's delicious, what's disappointing is the room facilities which they say are not good.
