1. When I got there, the guy immediately told me to go into the room without asking for my ID card, I was still positive. But when I entered the room, it turned out that the room was not given a key. I asked the guy if I had to deposit 50 thousand. Well, the deposit was not a problem for me because I could enter the room without giving the door a key. 2. Entering the room SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE until I couldn't stand it and had difficulty breathing, 3. The bed sheets were dirty as if they hadn't been changed 4. Only 1 lamp was on and it wasn't bright, there were 3 lamps but only 1 was on 5. The cupboard and table were really broken and smelly 6. The bathroom was really dirty 7. I couldn't sleep all night because there were so many MOSQUITOES 8. It was incredibly noisy 9. I planned to check out at 12 but at 11.45 the electricity was already turned off Please ask for service improvements, because those who stay need comfort and security only 🙏🙏🙏

Room full of mosquito. The owner should care about this

Mantap si cuman kurang 1 ga ada kunci ajah sisanya Masi oke lah dengan harga segitu.

The mattresses and pillows are dirty and smelly. No room key, strange.
