The room is okay, the service is okay, but the cleanliness is lacking, maybe it's rarely used, and the refrigerator smells so you can't store food, but it's okay for lodging, just in the refrigerator and cleanliness.

My worst experience in staying at this Jogja apartment. What happened on Friday 2 June 2023, I have confirmed check-in at 2 o'clock, and the apartment provider has confirmed it back. But on the D-day, I had to wait for more than 2 hours in the hotel lobby with no news at all and had to wait without explanation. Very bad professionalism in service, the facilities provided are not commensurate. Kitchen set facilities are only displays, cannot be used. And there are still dirty, smelly and wet towels left in the cupboard. Very bad existing facilities. Please criticize me for improvement and input for management, especially with further customer service. Thank You.
