The staff are friendly, the place is quite clean, there is a refrigerator, there is hot water and the wifi is fast too, but because it is on the 29th floor, I am a bit lazy to go down because the elevator is sometimes full.

For me, who really likes clean, the bathroom is very dirty because it is yellow. I don't even dare to use it because I can't. The yellow walls of the WC spray are broken, the trash cans are dirty and there is feces water in them. On the first day of the room, there were many cockroaches and cockroach children got on the mattress. Then on the day we moved rooms (the staff was good when taking care of the move), but the toilet was still the same dirty and the kitchen also had a lot of items.

Booked at p1 9 and was given floor 10 no 7. Oh my, the next day I moved to p1 32.

Next time, don't go to the 30th floor because we from Ciletuh Geopark are scared of heights🤭

Ac ga dingin, kulkas ga dingin cuma nyala lampu nya doang. Bawa buah potong taro d kulkas jadi rusak semua. Handuk udah ga layak pakai tp masih d sediain. Bantal-bantal udah pada kempes. Lantai kamar mandi licin, ngeri kalo kepleset.

Order for 2 bedroom but after finish payment system change to studio, already get confirm from Santuy agency and they say follow from Traveloka (this one is tricky). Only 2 elevator can be use, while so many visitor is waiting, need around 10 minutes for queue process. Room is so noisy with trains passing also the road in front apartment.
