cleanliness and facilities are poor, bed sheets have lots of holes from cigarettes, bathroom door handle is broken, TV channels are messed up

just lacking a small towel drying rack for the back terrace which could be used as a drying area for people who need it. mossy area. so it's a shame it can't be maximized

many rooms including boarding houses and some are rented as lodging. there are stalls that also provide food that can be ordered. small swimming pool on the side of the main house room, but quite good and clean. there is security.... suggestion: towel drying rack for the back terrace which is supposed to be used as a drying place, is also a bit mossy. so it's a shame we didn't use it

Good enough, friendly owner, just have to call first when checking in. There was something left behind and the owner informed and invited me to pick it up.

The receptionist is very unfriendly, where when the AC broke down the receptionist did not provide good service and just sat playing with her cellphone at the receptionist desk so I had to take care of this damage by going back and forth to the room 5-6 times with a distance of about 50 meters. There are no technicians on standby, only ordinary employees who cannot fix the AC. The room is not well maintained and not cleaned before receiving new guests because there are still traces of previous guests' use such as towels still hanging in the toilet. When the AC broke down we did not get a complimentary and we got a replacement room that was not the same type on the grounds that the room was full, but when we checked the availability of rooms in the application for the room there were still 3 rooms available.

The room is quite comfortable, although room no. 7 has a lot of ants and room no. 8 has a puddle of water next to the bed. And a suggestion for the reception area, if it's already night, don't be noisy. The noisy voices penetrate into room no. 7. It's okay to joke, but know the time.

Nice and very friendly customers service. Room is clean, bathroom work very well. Highly recommended.
