A bit far from the center Room is spacious but bed is small Fully equipped Set at 30 degrees but still cold Curtain has remote control but has to be pulled a little for it to work

The receptionist was very nice. After I checked in, the receptionist told me to wait 15 minutes and call me to check in. I waited for almost an hour and didn't get a call so I went out to ask and was told that there were a lot of people in line behind me who hadn't checked in yet. I said I'd check in and then come get my room card and the staff turned around and glared at me. It seemed to be the manager because she was the only one wearing a black vest.

The hotel is average. The room is expensive and there is no breakfast. There is a jacuzzi and a swimming pool for kids, but it is okay. The beach in front of the hotel is stagnant and dirty.

Quite far from the center so traveling is a bit inconvenient, from the hotel to Quang Ninh museum it costs 150k/way. There are not many amenities around.
