The apartment bathroom was fabulous. The king bed was great. The living room could have used more furniture, but we really weren’t there to watch TV. Unfortunately the neighborhood was going through massive construction. But we were able to adapt.

Staff at reception were excellent all the times we required their assistance, additionally their English was very good. Easy walking distance to the main tourist locations. The apartment itself was amazing, and can't recommend it enough.

Good place to stay only issue is air conditioning is bad (it doesn’t let you lower it past 20C and it turns off so it was hot inside)

Loved this property! Lorenzo was very personable. Great hospitality. We had an apartment that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to shopping, dining and sights. Highly recommend.

Check in is at the hotel a few doors down. Once you get inside the apartment hallway you feel like you're in a newly done hotel again. Location is great and we could walk to the places we needed to. We'd stay here again.

The area cannot be quiet as it is well in town. Walkable to the original "The Last Supper" mural. Walkable to main Milan shopping and tourist attractions. NOTE: Be very careful about getting to the location due to road work, a confused GPS and most importantly... phones not getting answered when you call the property. But once there, the service is great

Everything was perfect. No complaints except mirror. They need to add at least one more mirror on the property. But it was just perfect

Great location, with dining and shopping options nearby, and decent walking distance to main sightseeing locations. Staff is friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and with great space. I will definitely recommend this location.

Apartment was greatly sized, super clean and modern. New metro station just outside so very convenient.

We stayed 4 nights and were very disapointed about service: the room never was cleaned, bin was full of garbage and toiletries and toilette paper never were refilled. Entry door of the building has it’s handle broken for more than 1 day, Edmondo de Amicis street was under construction. No explanation nor sorries about those issues were given to us

Don't be fooled by the lobby area of the building, the studio we had was nice and spacious. A nice stay for one night w/ lovely staff at the hotel next door. The area is ok. Lots of construction in front when we went and a number of restaurants. If you're looking for a place that's not touristy, this might be it.

Very nice newly refurbished studio with a kitenette. Very comfortable.

The place was super clean and new! the elevator that lead to my floor all seemed a bit sketchy and outdated. but once you enter in your apartment area (which almost acts like a hub), you can see the upgrades.

Great Location, friendly service, attentive staff, near Metro stop, not quiet, love wait time for access to building...would stay again!

So a very mixed bag of an experience. The staff here are pleasent enough, but didnt give all information at check-in, they claim they have a 24-hour desk and after late you have to press the buzzer to get it. Well thats not true, i was stood outside buzzing for a long time to then be met wirh a grumpy member of staff who just gave me a code for future late access. (Why not just give that upon check in) Then when i did want a early night, i come to find out the space behind the hotel is FILLED with toung people making noise and getting drunk EVERY NIGHT and dont leave until the poilce get involved. So you can sleep with the windows open. Then after this, you want ro keep cool, well dont think you can use the air-conditioning automatically you have to call the front desk up for them to remove the system lock on it (?!) The need to call the front desk is not obvious in the welcome pack either so most of my stay was either little sleep or sweat the night away. I will say this apartment is very close to the metro so great for that. Another issue is they dont state in the welcome back what you do with your trash in the apartments, thankfully I had no smelly food leftovers.

Excellent welcome upon arrival. Staff drove our car to a garage while others led us to our room. Very clean, elegant, minimalist and spacious one bedroom. Central location. Subway to Linate airport located only steps from the property entrance. Excellent value for the price.

Apartment is nice but with an awkward entrance. Location is loud, lots of noises coming from people stamping on the side walk, people screaming or talking loud, cars with loud music, barking dogs. During my stay, I was not warned they were performing repairs, so the noise did not allow me to sleep past 7 am, workers stamping and scrapping materials from roof. Additionally, the entrance to the room was blocked off by workers who were extremely rude when I ask them to let me through to the room. The room phone did not work and was out of toilet paper and the help desk was confrontational because I asked if they would clean the room. They answered “ for 35 euros they would”, for which I was not made aware since every other hotel I have stayed in the last two weeks did daily cleaning and upkeep. Apartment was recently remodeled which made the stay bearable, definitely not the best location to relax. I would suggest this place is appropriate for business only related travel. Do not recommend for leisure.
