The staff is nice, when I asked to carry my suitcase to the port they helped me, it's great, 5 stars in my opinion. The owner is also friendly.

The hotel is really cozy, chique and really cool and the staffs are super friendly.

It's a shame that I got service that was a little less good, the toilet water spray was dead and when I asked and asked for it to be fixed they tried to fix it, but after that they said that the standard here is that the water is small, whereas it's not only small but can't be used. I compared it to the next room, the water was on and could be used, when I complained again one of the staff said 'you really need water, don't you?'. And to be honest there I was annoyed but I wasn't angry, I just let it go, I just complained, the food was delicious, the place was nice, clean, I like it but please correct things like that, so that it is more correct and I can trust to come back there again .
