This accommodation is a newly renovated historic structure that is portrays modern and minimalist interiors. The hotel is small (perhaps 6 rooms), and includes 2-room options. On-street and garage parking were uncomplicated in this ocean side resort. I would stay here again.

The check in process was very pleasant. The rooms and house were beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. I loved the outdoor area which we fully appreciated at breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Porto Beach House. Iko welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions and helped us arrange transportation to A Guarda, our next stop. We slept well. The breakfast was substantial and delicious. Thank you Vania. We highly recommend.

Dip pool a real bonus..Situated 10 mins from the beautiful beach and coastline. Easy bus service into Porto Town. Would definitely stay again...

People were so friendly & helpful! Lovely, absolutely lovely guesthouse with all the amenities & super friendly, helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, lovely room, loved the bikes (included), close to everything- shopping, restaurants, beach, metro line. Loved the breakfast hostess- SO sweet! Loved the rooms! Restyling my house to match this minimalist, Calming atmosphere that just had everything we could think of to have fun. Can’t give it enough stars! Stay here!

10 stars all the way around! Ivo was a most excellent host. His pre-arrival instructions were thorough, he answered so many questions for me, found a pickleball court for my obsession, etc. The property is beautiful. You can tell much care, design and detail went into the furnishings. My room was so comfortable and had everything I needed. The pillows and shower were amazing. Fatima and Vania were super sweet and helpful as well. The breakfasts were a delight as was the afternoon snack. I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants. I felt very safe. I hope to return one day!

Brilliant hotel with fantastic service, needs to work on noise levels, particularly in middle of the night when moving around.

Outstanding week at Ocean Porto! Very charming boutique hotel with all the amenities one would want and an extremely warm and helpful staff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The shower was second to none, and a luxury after a day scaling Porto's hilly terrain.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Our room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast offerings were delicious, especially the breads and yogurt. The owner and staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was told we would have a garden view when in fact it was a bedroom on the third floor with no windows and quite isolated with a slanted ceiling that my husband kept hitting his head on. Wouldn't stay there again especially in that room anyway!

It is a charming older building with modern amenities. Our room had polished granite floors, with large windows facing the street, but the shutters afforded us a dark comfortable sleep during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This area outside of Porto is the best of both worlds. The hotel itself was impeccable. Clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. Some people mentioned the noise of the trams but it really was fine—you can hear a soft rumble but no wheels screeching or horns. Would happily stay again
