Good place to stay

Understanding that significant snowfall is a reality in this community, the snow-removal maintenance was still sub-par. I couldn’t comfortably (safely?) navigate to my room from the outer entrance. The wi-fi signal strength was severely diminished in my room: I had to hotspot my computer with my phone to get work done.

Decent Room with the exception of the broken bathroom fan cover, the dislodged tissue box cover and the cracked window pane.

Easy access. Staff is good and helpful

Good hotel for small market

Everything was old & needed renovating.

Never returned my urgent message…called statin after 15min that I had reserved that we had a vehicle problem in NorthBay…We not at all rembourse stating its Expedias fault and problem and hung up on me. I declared the transaction as fraud and not legal

The walls were paper thin and the hotel in slight disrepair. The value was nowhere near the price paid. The Internet was too unreliable to use

Clean and comfortable motel room. Not run down like most roadside motels. Would stay again.

It was a decent place for the $

Receptionist not very friendly. When I asked for extra towels. She seemed like mad on me and note down on reservation documents that I got 3 extra towels. And she mentioned not to taken with you. I was surprised. Any missing towels they charge $20. This is the first time kind of experienced i have with motel industry.

The restaurant is no longer in operation even though the signs are still outside. Older motel in need of updating. The laminate is peeling off the countertop in the bathroom.

Over priced room. Molding falling off in bathroom. Had to unplug fridge to use microwave. Hotels.com said we got the last room whick i paid $300 for, only to find out they still had rooms left for much cheaper. No one at front desk after 10pm and everything locked. Nothing to eat in surrounding area after 10.

As we were just passing through, this hotel fit the bill. Right on the highway, nice staff, clean room, and good wifi. Restaurants are nearby. We’d stay here again.

I always stay here when travelling west. Friendly staff, always clean. Nothing fancy but meets my needs.
