Staff were so welcoming. Our room was super except for steep steps in the bedroom. Had to be very careful.

Boutique hotel in a lovely old building in old town. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff very helpful, rooms are clean and well appointed, bed very comfortable, but minuscule... barely any floor space beyond the bed, and as a normal-sized adult man, my shoulders pressed against both walls while on the toilet... not for larger people!

Wonderful option if you want to stay in the Historic area but close to the beach. Young very helpful staff Wonderful restaurants close by and also plenty of sidewalk tourist places. Music in the squares and shops within 25 minute walk. The hotels rooftop bar area is wonderful fir drinks or finding quiet during the day. Beautiful view of the castle.

Hotel was ok for a short stay. It's in the middle of everything. The rooftop terrace was a great spot for an evening drink. View of the fort was great. Bar was not open so we brought our own wine. We booked a room with a view. The view was the alley. Parking was our biggest challenge. The closest is about a 10 min+ walk. The hotel should specify suggested parking garages. It took us nearly 1 hour to find one. Also, there's no place on the street of the hotel to pull over to unload so if you have a lot of luggage, that will be a problem.

Lovely hotel, very central and a short walk to the beach, shops and attractions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Used the roof terrace on the last night and only sorry we didn’t try this earlier in the stay. We will definitely be back.

My family and I were enchanted by the charm of this beautifully 17th century palace restored hotel in Alicante's old town. We enjoyed easy access to local amenities, restaurants, and bars. Just across the street, we discovered the Nativity Scene Museum, showcasing a captivating collection of Christmas dioramas crafted by talented artists from the Alicante Nativity Scene Association. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay even more memorable.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the Old town. Good size room with nice walkin shower. Plenty of eateries around the hotel so plenty of choice. We had a room on the 3rd floor so it was in the roof space which meant you could easily bang your head on the rafters. I'd stay again though.

The room we stayed in was quiet clostraphobic.it had a small w.c with a shower combined very small. Looking outside of the small window there was a canvas sail tied across the wall full of bird droppings. Underneath the canvas you could see part of the kitchen. That's where the staff would have a cigarette so you couldn't have the little window open if they were having a cigarette. We actually left a day early.

Nice, simple place. Room was very "cozy" (i.e., quite small, but also very charming). A larger person might need help moving within the bathroom :) Generally a "good" for overall "value". My only complaint was that the mattress was too hard.

Nice hotel, but be aware it’s a very noisy area of town, with a lot of noise through to around 4am. The Junior Suite was lovely, but there’s no door to separate the toilet, so it’s quite strange going to the toilet “in your bedroom”. Parking very restricted, and the hotel garage was really tight access. Stick to a Fiat 500 and you’ll be ok.
