The hotel is located on a main road, surrounded by many places to eat. About 4km to Ho Chi Minh Square. Delicious breakfast. The downside is that there is no flexibility in early check-in even though there are many empty rooms, the 2 female receptionists are not friendly and not enthusiastic with guests.

New and beautiful room. The staff is very friendly and lovely. However, the campus space is limited. The parking lot security guard is not quick to help customers park their cars. Overall, I am satisfied. The cooking is quite delicious, especially the eel dish. I will come back next time!

The hotel is beautiful and airy. Breakfast looks diverse but the hours are too limited. It's all cleaned up by 9am. Families with small children who come down a little late will have already cleaned up even though there's still food left. I was going to get a bowl of pho for my child but was told it's full. Even though I still have a lot of pho😢

New room, beautiful view. Afternoon tea for guests staying in this room. The attitude of the housekeeping staff and security guards is very boring, the room is dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned, the laundry service is expensive. Breakfast is not diverse.

Newly built rooms are new and every room has a beautiful view. But to say the least, the security guard who comes to clean the room is very lazy. Room cleaning is not clean. Breakfast is not diverse.

The most unreasonable thing is that I wore the slippers in my room to the swimming pool after bathing, but I forgot to bring them back. When I went to look for them, the staff had taken them away. However, when I checked out, I included a pair of slippers in the room for 230,000 VND. Such a large hotel charged guests 230,000 VND for a pair of slippers while I didn't have to take them out of the hotel. Too bad

The swimming pool is dirty, even outsiders are allowed in, there are swimming lessons. Plus a one-time experience due to the fact that no previous customer checked in late to rent a room on a weekday, not during the tourist season, the room price was 1.5 times higher than the price booked through apps 🥹

I am extremely satisfied from the staff to the hotel, the staff are friendly, the room is clean, especially the towels have a good smell. Worth the price🥰, highly recommend for those who come to Vinh city but don't know where to choose to stay.
