I did not like the elevator was out of order. We were on the 7th floor.

Positive:

On a positive note, the wonderful front desk and head office staff responded quickly to the issues we experienced. Very nice people which makes the next part of the review somewhat difficult to write but I feel the realities of the building itself must be stated. To call the area Condesa is misleading – this building is not on the quiet tree lined streets you are likely thinking of but rather it is located at the intersection of two major, multi lane streets. Traffic noise / truck brakes / near constant car horns kept us awake most nights until 2-3am (surprising considering we stayed on the 7th floor). There is also a club across the street that play VERY loud music until 3-4am on weekends. The apartment smelled of mold / sewage due to backed up shower drain. Two minutes into your shower you find yourself standing in waste water. Once the water level went down, we covered the drain with a towel to minimize the odour but couldn't eliminate it no matter what we tried. The rooms really do need attention - dirty walls, broken baseboards, flimsy laminate flooring, peeling wallpaper, several light fixtures not working, etc...

Very please with my stay here. Staff was welcoming, we had the two bedroom two bathroom suits with separate rooms so we had our own privacy. We loved the area, very close to some nice Latin bars, restaurants , markets, the airport....

Our one-week family vacation with two small children at this property was a complete disaster. We experienced zero rest or comfort in the unit provided. The sweltering heat upon arrival was unbearable, and we were shocked to discover the complete absence of air conditioning within the individual units – only the lobby was cooled! Relying on inadequate fans and open windows on the sixth floor with young children felt unsafe and ineffective. The unit itself was disgustingly dirty, with pet hair coating surfaces and a thick layer of dust creating an unsanitary environment. Sleep was an absolute impossibility due to the deafening noise from a nightclub directly across the street. To make matters even worse, incessant and disruptive street repaving, with round-the-clock construction noise occurred during our stay. Our street-facing bedroom offered no soundproof whatsoever. The noise was so severe that we were forced to spend a night in a hotel just to get a few hours of decent sleep. We strongly advise against staying here if you value peace and quiet.

It was in the center of so many coffee shops and restaurants.

The neighborhood is wonderful, and the apartments were nice. Front desk was helpful. Two problems: no AC (which was fine in March but wouldn't be in the summer) and the disco across the street that was extremely loud on the weekends. That plus the need for open windows because no AC made weekends difficult.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable, además hay un café en la entrada. Sin embargo no es tan nuevo como en la foto, la mesa del comedor es muy frágil y se mueve fácilmente. En cuestión de limpieza encontramos algunos cabellos en el sofá y el piso. Por las tardes puede ser muy caliente ya que el sol pega de frente. Una de las camas no tenía el duvet, solo el cover duvet, el cual no calentaba lo suficiente cuando por las noches hacía frío. Fui a recepción y pedí un duvet y me entregaron nuevamente el cover duvet. Si bien hay un calentador este no caliente lo suficiente y emana una luz que no se puede apagar. Si tienes el sueño ligera considera que se escucha el ruido del tráfico y en frente hay un bar, el cual puede ser ruidoso en las noches.

La peor experiencia que he tenido, en las fotos se ve todo muy bien pero el lugar está sucio y muy incómodo. Me terminé hospedando en otro hotel

Todo perfecto, solo las toallas y almohadas ya estan muy gastadas. Todo lo demas excelente.

La experiencia no fue agradable. Dentro de la pared de la habitación está la tubería de todo el edificio. Cada vez que alguien cierra un grifo, se escuchaba un golpe en la pared muy fuerte que no dejaba dormir y era tan incómodo que se podía pasar la noche en vela. La habitación dice que tiene completa pero es imposible cocinar ya que no hay horno de microondas, no habían ollas ni ningún recipiente para calentar agua. Finalmente, la habitación del primer piso es demasiado fría. Hasta el segundo día nos dieron una cobija y un calentador porque era insoportable el frío. No recomiendo este lugar, tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, pero principalmente el ruido de la tubería

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Located in the best neighborhood of Mexico City, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—they kindly stored my luggage before check-in and made a late holiday check-in incredibly smooth and welcoming. The area is unbeatable, with amazing restaurants, 24/7 minimarkets, and everything you need just steps away. The room was comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the overall experience was outstanding. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

No me han facturado

El servicio del personal fue muy amable, pero la limpieza fue TERRIBLE! El mini departamento estaba demasiado sucio, los blancos estaban percudidos, las toallas estaban sucias. OJO “NO ES NUEVO”

Es un gran lugar para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Accesible por muchos lados y el personal muy amable.

Al entrar al departamento nos encontramos con plaga de cucarachas desde miniaturas hasta grandes, por lo que de inmediato solicitamos cambio antes de instalarnos. Y así fue. La ropa de cama y toallas le falta un poco más de limpieza o cambio a más nuevas, porque están maltratadas y manchadas. El personal es de 5 estrella muy amables, serviciales, y eficaces con muy buena actitud en todo momento y buscando lo mejor para el huésped. El lugar está muy bien ubicado. Los aparatos del gimnasio no servían, la caminadora no funcionaba, y las bicicletas igual. me quedé sin poder hacer uso de esa intalación :(, la terraza muy cómoda y linda. La decoración de buen gusto.

El personal fue muy amable y atento de verdad los felicito. El lugar es igual a las imágenes todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La zona es tranquila, segura y con todo lo que necesitas a sus alrededores sin duda volvería a reservar.
