Not your typical beach hotel. Very clean, decor well done, furnishing in excellent shape, great location with free parking. Many nice restaurants and cafes within just a few minutes walk. We would stay here agin without doubt. It’s 10

Immaculately clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Sea views and lots of informal eating options close by. Great alternative to staying in Ouisterham before catching an morning ferry.

You won’t regret booking this delightful boutique hotel. It’s clean and cute with upscale fixtures and services. While I would not consider this a “Spa”, they did have hot tubs available for private use. And you might need one if you actually swam in the ocean. The setting is lovely. The facility is sparking clean, recently remodeled, and the staff was kind and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the charming town of Melville~Franceville. If Iget to return, I’m booking the ocean view with a patio!

Modern, comfortable hotel with sea views. Very much enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and well equipped. Easy parking in free lot across the street. Hot and cold options available at their breakfast buffet.

Lovely, clean hotel on the beach. Our room had the beach view with balcony and it was well equipped. I particularly loved the coffee machine in our room! We booked the spa one evening and really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Parking was so easy across the street. We would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. The room with the balcony with ocean view is lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right across from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, nice pastries. The only thing that we really missed was the air conditioning.

Accueil agréable, établissement impeccable très bien situé comme son nom l’indique face à la mer, déco zen, possibilité parking privé mais parking public juste devant l’hôtel. Établissement très bien entretenu et personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner complet buffet, mais un peu cher …(17€) Chambre impeccable, salle de bain très correcte avec grande douche à l’italienne et un très grand lit. Possibilité salle fitness et spa mais non testé … Restauration et shopping et ballade le long de la plage à proximité à pieds.

Hôtel bien situé face à la plage de Merville-Franceville, recent et propre, belle chambre vue sur mer avec balcon. Très bien accueilli par le personnel d'accueil avec informations sur les prestations proposées. Spa privatif très agréable moderne, propre et en tres bon état, suggestion : proposer des massages... Merci. Nous reviendrons !

L'hotel demande de signer un document indiquant que toute dégradation sera prise en charge par le voyageur. C'est la première fois que je rencontre cette situation, alors que je dors très souvent à l'hotel. Ce type de pratique devrait etre indiqué sur hotels.com, en amont. Il me semble bien sur justifié de payer les éventuels dégâts causés, mais il me semble anormal de faire signer un engagement au moment de l'enregistrement, sans que ce soit indiqué en amont sur le site. Il m 'a été précisé sur place que cet engagement n'était pas lié à la présence de mon chien. Noter à ce propos que le site HOTELS.com donne une information érronée concernant le tarif pour les chiens: le site indique 15€/nuit par animal. En réalité l'hotel fait payer 15€ pour les animaux jusque 10Kg et 30€ au dessus de 10Kg. J 'ai du payer 30€, donc 15€ de plus que ce qui est indiqué sur le site hotels.com. En dehors de ce climat douteux à l'arrivée, l'hotel est particulièrement propre et très calme.

Très bon séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel et qui plus est, moderne et récent ! Un premier point négatif nous concernant, c'est une fois la réservation payé, nous recevons un mail avec des indications sur des frais supplémentaires non négligeables pour amener son animal de compagnie (30€/jour en plus de la réservation). Nous aurions bien voulu avoir cette information avant de réserver car indiqué nulle part avant de payer (juste animaux acceptés). Deuxième point négatif où l'on voit sur les photos l'accès à une cuisine dans la chambre qui une fois sur place est condamné par un cadenas car c'est une option également payante (également indiqué nulle part en amont de la réservation).
