I highly recommend this hotel. It is my second stay at this place and will stay again when flying out of the airport (just across from the hotel)

It was nice

My flight was late and I had to check in at 3am but the front desk guy was upset and said he had already cancelled my room since I’d dint show up mind you I paid my room in advance, I think the time I arrive shouldn’t matter.

THE HOTEL DIDN’T HAVE NO ELECTRICITY AND NO HOT WATER.

Easy check in but blanket and sheets had stains.

Hotel was okay, first room ac didn't work. Second room the key entry stopped working

STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND MOST OF ALL I FELT SAFE

This is a clean, relatively new basics Mexican hotel chain. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a kitchen that can serve meals on some tables to the side of the lobby.There is a convenience store and gasoline station in easy walking distance. After someone complained apparently, there was a hair dyer available in the room and since we had a relatively early flight, that was appreciated. Our main complaint was the poor quality of the quilt on the bed which was not conducive to getting a good night's sleep. The room was clean and very basic, the cost quite low by American standards. There was a van available to take us to the airport in the morning for which we paid only 50 pesos, about 2.50 US. After the person at the desk said it would be 4 dollars, they asked for an accepted the 50 pesos. There are other better known chains along the freeway. To get to the airport without driving up and around the freeway, the driver took an informal shortcut, which was appreciated. If you want an expensive place not too far from the airport, this is your place. Don't pay an expensive price to get a cab from the airport, though. It is less than two miles to the hotel. Ask for a lower price if they quote 300 pesos.

Nice hotel, a little rundown but decent. Good value for the price. The only problem was the number to the hotel on Hotels.com for the property is the wrong number. I tried calling like 5 times to see if they had a shuttle service from the airport but nobody ever answered. I took a taxi and the guys at the front desk told me I should have called. You should contact them and publish the correct number.

Apparently under construction. Staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Breakfast could be a bit better, same food every day. Convenient location as is close to everything. New ownership.

Conveniently close to BJX and friendly staff. Facility was ok. Our shower had drainage issue and water never got hot but they sent someone to quickly help address our issues. Free no thrills hot breakfast buffet. We wanted something near airport due to late night arrival but if we were staying more than one night we would have opted for a more expensive option with better amenities. Not really much in the area to walk to and driver was not available.

This property was really dirty the rooms had stained bedsheets which made our stay very uncomfortable

Huge amounts of highway noise all night. My sliding glass door was unlockable.

There was no wifi nothing around the area to eat
