We have 2 days stay at the hotel. During our stay, we accidentally dropped the towel lying next to the trash can, but because we were in a hurry to check out and move to another room category, we didn't pick it up. When we returned from our trip, we received an unpleasant attitude from a receptionist who told us to put the towel in the trash (while I only dropped it on the side, not inside at all). 4-star service, however. The receptionist's behavior was very harsh and insisted on blaming us for putting it in the trash even though we tried to explain. That made us very uncomfortable during our stay here. We hope that the hotel should consider the communication standards of the receptionist when talking to guests. We pay for 4-star treatment, not communication like a budget motel. Thank you
