Very accessible to the main road and restaurants. Near the airport. Not so good about our stay: - FO on duty upon check in was very lazy. We had no cable connection upon arrival and she said that there was no cable due to the rainy weather. Good thing the HK attendant heard my complaint and he was able to fix our cable issue - CR has a lot of stains. Not cleaned thoroughly. - Hot/Cold shower not adjustable. You need to ask for help for it to be adjusted in the main line - CR has a leak in the floor so we keep on asking for a bath math or else it will be flooded

My room was upgraded from a small room to a deluxe. The only thing that I can suggest for improvement is to add a table where you can actually put your things on and a mat to use before going out from the comfort room. Nonetheless, it’s a good place to stay if you’re only travelling here for tours and a place to sleep waiting for your flight. The location is very accessible to the airport and good restaurants🙂 Another thing i’ve observed is that noises from the outside can be heard when you’re inside the room and my room was just near the lobby so I can here almost everything.

Located in the hub of Puerto Princesa city, near to malls, restaurants, drugstores. Wifi is good, the room is clean. Provided with towels, shampoo and soap. Though walls not thick enough to contain the snoring of a guest on the other rooms. But you can sleep through it, the mobile signal inside the rooms though is inexistent so you need go go out and to get connected and make calls or recieve texts. There is a nice restaurant right beside it called Eightynine that is open till ten in the evening, so very convenient.

Although I have stayed in many budget hotel, I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay in Puerto Princesa for the night. We arrived the hotel around 23:00 after a really long drive from El Nido. The receptionist was right there waiting for us for check-in (quick, clear and helpful). I asked her that we need to catch our flight at 7:30 in the next morning and when should we leave the hotel, she estimated the time and informed us that the hotel van was under maintenance, so she could get a tricycle for us around 6:00 and we pay for the ride. We were ok with that arrangement. We stayed in room 4 and 5 on ground floor (right after the receptionist area). The room was small but fully equipped with needed things: comfy bed with thick blanket, aircon worked well, hot shower, strong wifi. Things looked clean and new. My sister asked to borrow a hairdryer around midnight, and the receptionist was there to hand her one. In the next morning, I got up early to get ready for the ride to airport, around 5:50, the receptionist called our room phone to check whether we are ready for check-out. I said we would at the lobby at 6:00. Again, really neat check-out and the receptionist informed us that she got a taxi for us (ok as well, since there're 3 of us and it's a short distance from hotel to the airport). I asked her about the taxi fee (pay by meter or upfront), and she said that the fee was on the hotel. Wow! Overall, great service and facility, as well as good location for flight catching, we didn't have time to visit Princesa so I didn't know the distance from this hotel to Princesa's attraction places. If we visit Puerto Princesa again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Another room was just enough for its price; no signal inside the room. Quite far from the new airport cost for tricycle is 100 while in taxi 200. Staff are accommodating especially in the restaurant.

We reserved 2 rooms yesterday. I am happy with the single room I got. Comfortable bed, cable TV placed strategically across the bed, A/C working perfectly, rain shower with heater is +++ WiFi is fast. It could have been better if there is a small table where we can put our bag on. Also the AC in 1st floor lobby is leaking and it flows to my friends' room.

I stayed one night coming from El Nido as we have a 10 am flight the next morning. We arrived late at night at around 11 pm and the first thing they did was give us two bottles of cold water which I didn't know I needed after the 5 hr van ride so it was plus points really. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We stayed on the ground floor which was convenient as we didn't have energy for stairs or elevator rides anymore. The room was good for an overnight stay. All we really needed was a place to sleep. The bed was enough for 2 persons. There's hot shower though you have to wait for it after turning it on as the first drops of water was so cold. There's two plugs available but one is the bed light and the other one wasn't functioning so we had to take the light off so we can charge one phone at a time. We had wake up call and free airport service but it takes off every 2 hrs only so we didn't avail it instead we just rode a trike to the airport for P25 each. It took about 5-10 mins. It was really close!

Single rooms start at just over 700p. The location is quite near the old airport terminal, now in decline due to the loss of its main asset, the terminal. The hotel looks splendid from outside, colourful and modern. Reception is whitewashed with quotes on travel scattered around on the walls. My single room was very tiny, I almost couldn't stretch out on the bed. The bathroom too is midget sized. But WiFi is lightening fast and staff helpful. There is a trendy cafe next door, sari-sari stores opposite and nice restaurant ka inato just near. No windows in room, but it has all a tiny person needs. Ok for budget travellers who don't have claustrophobia
