The hotel service is very bad. I came and there was no room, then I was moved to another guesthouse. The sheets were torn, not suitable for use.

Very disappointing. When I arrived, the room was not ready, and I was moved to another location.

The room was a bit dark, the AC didn't work properly (not cold), the bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, the bathroom was dirty.

The room's AC wasn't cold, there were lots of ants on the bed, and it smelled a bit.

The staff is nice but it takes a long time to take care of it + not professional. In the lobby for about 1 hour. Rest in the room for an hour then look for another place lol.

I think I chose the wrong hotel, very disappointed the TV was dead, toiletries were not there. The AC wouldn't cool down, the bathroom was dirty, the room was dark. The last time I'll stay here. Oh my.

The receptionist is responsive when guests need help.

The staff is nice but not very responsive. The stairs to the room are a bit scary. The AC in the room doesn't feel cold and the TV is broken. But it's quite good to get a room for 138 thousand from the normal 200 thousand.

It's really bad for that price. The stairs are made of wood and are almost fragile. There is no lighting around the stairs so it's dark, the room smells bad. The bed is hard, the towels smell musty. I booked for 2 nights but only lasted 1 hour after that I went to find another place to stay. I deliberately didn't take a photo for this review because I was really lazy.

I chose the wrong hotel, the location is far from the main road.

The location is safe, the facilities are Indomart so it's simple if you have the basic necessities. Not bad in its class.

Very dissatisfied with the service.

The staff are friendly. The only facilities are AC, WiFi and TV don't work for a long time when the power goes out.
