Overall it's good, but maybe this inn should hire a well-educated receptionist. Because often the receptionist plays music even at night until early morning and then it's very crowded like a coffee shop. Even though they are sitting at the reception desk. Hopefully the receptionist can be replaced with a better one or provide special training for them 😊.
