There is confusion and ambiguity between the hotel's information and images. When I booked, there were only 2 types of rooms to choose from, including 1 type of room that clearly stated shared bathroom and a regular single room - more expensive, and according to the photos taken by the hotel, I thought this was a room with a private bathroom but NO, still shared bathroom like the cheap room 🫠 and according to the room I booked, I was provided with 1 free bottle of filtered water but when I asked the counter and the counter confirmed with the owner, they said this program had stopped 🙂 stopped but did not delete/edit? The bakery said it would close at 9pm but by 8pm it had stopped accepting orders. The food was ok, the morning shift staff were cute but the afternoon shift staff were working... The hotline and chat number on the website are the same as none. Calling and texting, no one responded. This place should not be called a hotel but should be called a motel.

Room is ok for the price (a bit stuffy), especially the toilet/shower is very clean.

Friendly and cute staff, clean toilet on the first floor. There is shampoo and shower gel, no toothpaste and toothbrush.

Compact room suitable for single person to stay overnight, reasonable price

I was on level 1 and the bathroom is quite good. Though this time I got the room on level 2 and the toilet was terrible.

The bathroom is very dirty and there are no slippers in the toilet.

So great, located right in the Japanese area and everything is great, just a few steps away there are all the convenience stores, tourist attractions are also very close.

Going on business, at first I was afraid it wouldn't be as expected because the price was so good and it was in District 1, kind of suspicious. But I took a gamble. Oh my god, I thought it wouldn't be good but it was better than I imagined. The room was enough to sleep ok, the shared bathroom was extremely clean and fragrant, the staff from the cleaning lady to the staff were very friendly and polite. The food was also extremely delicious. I was really satisfied. 1000 VND for everything. Can't complain about anything. Only a few hundred meters to Bach Dang wharf. So convenient.

Prime location in the bustling center, close to tourist attractions. Small, clean, super clean and fragrant room. The minus point is that the fan is a bit noisy, poor soundproofing. The first floor sells delicious bread. The room service staff are friendly and open. When I have the opportunity to go to Saigon, I will book again at Grandma Lu's chain. Thanks!

Suitable for those traveling alone, central location. I checked in with two very cute and enthusiastic female staff, the bathroom was shared but very clean. The room is compact and clean. It would be great if there were extra slippers for guests to change into when they need to go out. Everyone try the food downstairs, it's quite delicious.

The air conditioner was broken. I rented it for 2 nights in a row but they still refused to fix it. The room was small, the hallway was cold but the room was cool. I don't understand.

Clean room, fragrant, enthusiastic and thoughtful staff

I'm really happy to come for the first time and find this hostel, very comfortable bed, clean and nice, the bathroom also pretty clean, all the staff are pretty nice and friendly😊. If I visit Ho Chi Minh, I'll stay in this hostel. We have our own room, just the bathroom but trust me, really clean. They have a lift too.
