I love the staff, the room, the food, the restaurant, and the swimming pool... The only thing I liked was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The drain was completely neglected. The water was clogged with hair. I opened it and cleaned it myself, and it took me 5 minutes to clean it, but I hope this gets serious attention. Thank you.

Some parts of the hotel need repairs. The staff is friendly. The gym has been converted. The hallway between the rooms smells of cigarettes.

The hotel isn't as scary as people say. It's still okay, the facilities are okay. The staff are friendly and responsive. Cleanliness needs more attention. The room floor was a bit sticky, and the hot water kettle wasn't very clean, dusty, and had water stains that hadn't been washed properly. Many of the breakfast bowls were pockmarked. Maybe it's time to replace them to maintain the hotel's quality. But overall, my kids and I were satisfied with our 2-day stay there.

The room is spacious, the hotel atmosphere is cool and calming, the breakfast is delicious, the pool is child friendly, just one suggestion, the door closer to the room entrance seems to be old, often does not close properly, it needs repair or replacement.
