The hotel is located in a residential area, so it's a bit unusual. But the address can be found on Google Maps, so it's not difficult. The environment is beautiful, there are lots of trees. We booked a room facing the outside (not facing the hallway), the room was big and clean.

stay here with family. kids are happy because the swimming pool is quite large and there is a swimming pool and also specifically for children with a view of trees. suitable for healing because the atmosphere is quiet.. enter a fairly quiet housing complex. the hotel atmosphere is beautiful, although there are some locations that I think are not well maintained and old. wifi when I was there was a bit slow.. breakfast is quite varied..

We are happy with the atmosphere, it is very comfortable for families.

First I say this Oak Tree hotel is comfortable, there are just a few things that need to be improved so that guests can stay more comfortably.. 1. Room cleanliness, I entered the executive bathtub room, in the corner of the room there was a spider's nest, like this room is rarely occupied / damp.. the mattress is okay, the size of the bed is good, other facilities are okay. there is tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, and a water heater is also available. 2. Bathroom, the bathtub is clean, the drawback is in the closet section, it would be better to provide a spray hose. a hair dryer is also provided. and the toothbrush is hard not soft. 3. The breakfast should be for a 4 star standard, the variety of food is more than this. and the taste is also lacking. 4. The swimming pool is not clean, the water has a lot of fine sand... 5. The towels are also not fragrant The rest is good, the hotel staff are friendly, fortunately the room has a smart TV so you can watch Netflix. Please make it an evaluation for hotel management, so that guests can stay more satisfied. especially the breakfast. Thank you

Overall ok. It's just that the AC is too cold, sleeping feels like being in a refrigerator :) Even though it's set to 28°C, the mattress is a bit damp.

It should be one of the mainstays in its location which is quite interesting for me, but the hotel has a less than good taste in its food, which is fatally inferior to hotels in a lower class.

I booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms had problems like they hadn't been cleaned properly, even though I checked in at 7 pm. Like the picture I attached, the bed sheet looked like someone had been lying there, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and towels and amenities weren't available. The handling took so long that I had to contact the front desk repeatedly. I asked for it to be cleaned again or moved to another room on the same floor because we are a family and will be back after dinner. Never again staying at this hotel. Bad experience for me and my family.

It is better for every room that has a bathtub to be given an extra mat. It is better for the closet to use a jet bidet only, because for little girls it is not recommended to use a bottom bidet.

Good food, location is far from anywhere suitable for rest. Bathroom has a leak in the shower but overall okay.
