What needs to be fixed is that the bathtub is leaking.

The service is quite good, advantages: - AC is available. - Clean room. - Clean bathroom. Disadvantages: - Hot water does not work. - Only one towel. - No toothbrush and toothpaste. - No shampoo. - No clothes hangers.

Saya pesan kamar yang room paling murah. Kelebihan nya kamar mandi bersih, ruang kamar bersih, ada air panasnya selalu nyala dri cek in sampai cek out, ada lemari, bangku single 2 di dlem kamar, ada tv dan stop kontak di dalam kamar hanya 2 untuk kipas angin dan tv jadi kalo mau charge hp di cabut salah satu, kalo malem dingin bet mungkin karena hawanya musim hujan ya. Kekurangan nya kasur seperti seprei & selimut ga di ganti karena ada rambut panjang di sprei & selimutnya ada noda makanan kerak kering, tertulis memakai AC namun di kamar tidak ada AC yang ada cuma kipas angin saja, tertulis mendapat wifi gratis tetapi saat saya sambung kan baru beberapa menit sudah di matikan wifinya sampai saya cek out tetep ga nyala, pintu lemari rusak tidak bisa di tutup, tv nya seperti ga pernah di nyalain berdebu & tidak di colok ke stop kontak, WC duduknya ga keluar air seperti los doll (rusak) jadi saat buang air besar nyiramnya pakai air di ember. Saran saya untuk pengelola hotel, tolong diperbaiki kekurangan yang saya tulis itu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hotel ke depannya.

The AC didn't work, fortunately it was raining, the air was a bit colder than usual. The bathroom faucet didn't work properly. Towels were only given for one reason because they ran out 😩, for hotels with lots of rooms and large meeting rooms the reason is really irrelevant. The crew was friendly even though they were disappointed with the facilities promised in the application. Hopefully the quality will be improved soon.
