nice.....clean hotel, competitive price, clean swimming pool, only hot water is on for a short time, and there is no breakfast. hopefully in the future there will be breakfast

Clean rooms, nice views, friendly staff, comfortable, low budget but not cheap rooms.

I arrived at 12.45 and it was quiet and all the rooms were empty. I had to go around looking for the staff because there was only one person who handled everything. And you are not allowed to check in until 14.00. There is an additional 50 thousand if you want to check in directly. Overall the room is clean, TV is ok, Hot water is ok, pool is ok, wifi is ok. Only the parking lot is very far from the room so I was worried because there was no security and the fence was not closed.

Difficult access, lousy wifi. Not suitable for elderly visitors, because access to the room is uphill.

The place that is always the destination when you want to have a staycation. The location is quite strategic, not too uphill. Friendly service, it's just that sometimes the front desk agent is not on standby, so you have to search first even though you have pressed the bell several times. The atmosphere is serene. Cleanliness is really okay. But the last time I went there the water dispenser was empty and wasn't refilled until checkout time. It's really a shame. Well overall it's okay. Suitable for couples or families who want to unwind for a moment.

The view is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, so far it's good for that price.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, got a room on the 2nd floor, the view in the morning was good, only from the parking lot to the room the stair access was quite boring, but for the rest the plus recommendation paid off, I was tired of the view 👍🏻.

Every time I go to Tretes, my destination for a staycation is definitely here. I've been here almost 5 times with my husband, and the cleanliness is still maintained. The staff are friendly, especially the men. However, the service is a bit slow, especially during the check out/check in process. Because sometimes the receptionist is not on standby. But it's okay, overall I really like it because the honey vibes are very aesthetic. The view is great, and the room is comfortable.
