Please improve the service in the future. Starting from the receptionist who is not friendly, the room seems less clean, even the flush for the toilet does not work after moving to the second room. Finally, initially from 3 days decided to check out on the second day and move to another hotel. It is better to improve the service again.

It's easy to find food, the hot water works, it's comfortable, only the AC isn't cold enough.

I'm a regular at staying here when I go to Tulungagung. It was late at 12 o'clock when there were very noisy guests. "Scared of children" the staff immediately woke up. Thank God, Gerp was immediately responded to and immediately quieted down when the noisy guests arrived 😂.
