The hotel staff is very friendly, although there was a mistake so we didn't get the type of room we booked, but they immediately refunded and gave us a free massage instead, the location is right facing the river, the view is very good.

The owner at Bien Nho is very nice. But that day the room was being repaired, so we had to move to another room at the hotel next door. The new room was a bit small but clean, just no refrigerator.

The hotel guard was very friendly, the room was also clean.

Thiện cảm đầu tiên là có 2 bạn nhân viên mang dù ra đón tụi mình ở Bảo Tàng Gấu, Phòng view siêi đẹp nha mọi người, mình may mắn ở đêm Chủ Nhật thì Grand World có bắn pháo hoa nên chụp vội được vài tấm này, Home có thang máy nên thuận tiện nói chung rất tốt hy vọng sẽ được quay lại thời gian sớm nhất 🥰🥰

- Homestay nhìn ra sông Venice, phòng hơi nhỏ, giá cả vừa phải. Vị trí ổn. - Gia đình mình toàn người lớn tuổi nên mình đã nhờ bạn Bằng - nhân viên home chụp ảnh cho bố mẹ. Bạn rất nhiệt tình, mình hỏi nhiều nhưng trả lời rất thoải mái, chụp ảnh cũng đẹp. Đây chắc là lý do mình sẽ quay lại khách sạn 😂 - Điểm trừ: do là homestay nên tiện nghi không nhiều. Nhưng gia đình đi cả ngày nên cũng không quá quan trọng lắm.

Phòng sạch sẽ , nhân viên nhiệt tình , ở homstay có anh Hữu Bằng nhiệt tình thân thiện lắm ạ , mình muốn đi ra Rạch Vẹm ảnh giúp đặt xe nhiệt tình lắm luôn 🥰 mn đi Phú Quốc mà muốn tìm chỗ ở phía bắc thì cứ tìm homstay này nha 😁
