Everything is okay, I feel at home here, I don't want to move to another place.

The junior suite is comfortable and spacious... the food has quite a lot of choices. If you taste it, it might suit everyone's taste.

I intended to stay here again because the first time was really good, unfortunately the second time was not. The water jug, glasses, were really dirty with stains. Even the water in the jug smelled very strong of rubber (maybe it was never changed). The toilet flush water leaked, so it kept flowing, noisy. The TV remote was faulty. The dressing table lamp was torn and still in use (?). Lastly, the central AC was strange, it couldn't be adjusted. It could only be on/off. The temperature number was the same no matter where it was turned. Hopefully the maintenance will be better, it's a shame for a class like Horizon Ultima.

Overall, I recommend staying at this hotel... Access to everywhere is close.

I often stay at other Horizon hotels. Horizon Ultima Menteng is quite good in terms of rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff service. The building is quite old. I was in room 822. All the room facilities were okay, but the AC couldn't be turned up to the temperature, so I was cold. Luckily, I had a thick blanket and a bed partner 😄😄

I have some feedback for the hotel: (I booked a junior suite room) 1. In my booking notes, I requested a mini cake to celebrate my wedding anniversary (if I had paid, maybe they could have just mentioned it, rather than having it when I arrived). 2. I requested a non-smoking room. When I checked in, the receptionist mentioned a non-smoking room. This was the room. When we arrived, I was shocked because it smelled so much of cigarettes, it was really unpleasant. 3. Since the junior suite room has two bathrooms, one in the living room with a sofa and dining table, we naturally used it. It turned out to be broken and couldn't flush. If it was broken, it should have just been written out of service. I used it to go to the bathroom and it wouldn't flush.

I was very impressed with my experience staying at Horison Ultima Menteng, the service was very good, friendly and the hotel was very clean.

It was fun, the best. It was especially heartwarming when we called to find something left in our hotel room, and after we'd checked out, the response was quite surprising, as the item was safely secured. Thank you to the hotel management for educating their employees on morals and honesty. Congratulations.

The place is really nice, the service is very good and the room is also nice, clean, very comfortable so you feel at home, recommend for the next time

It's time for this hotel to be refurbished. The rooms, furniture, and bathrooms are starting to look worn, looking dirty and smelling damp. When I took an afternoon shower, the hot water didn't work properly, meaning it wouldn't warm up and the water flow was very shallow. Bathroom amenities also seemed minimal, with only one toothbrush provided. Luckily, I was alone, so I didn't complain.

Such a nice experience to stay, staff really friendly, room cozy and clean. Definitely will be back
