I have some feedback for the hotel: (I booked a junior suite room)
1. In my booking notes, I requested a mini cake to celebrate my wedding anniversary (if I had paid, maybe they could have just mentioned it, rather than having it when I arrived).
2. I requested a non-smoking room. When I checked in, the receptionist mentioned a non-smoking room. This was the room. When we arrived, I was shocked because it smelled so much of cigarettes, it was really unpleasant.
3. Since the junior suite room has two bathrooms, one in the living room with a sofa and dining table, we naturally used it. It turned out to be broken and couldn't flush. If it was broken, it should have just been written out of service. I used it to go to the bathroom and it wouldn't flush.
