Good experience, only I had difficulty finding the lobby because it was quite far inside.

The admin, Farhan, was extremely rude. After checking out, he contacted the customer service team using a private number. I'm a regular at this hotel, but this time I was disappointed by the rude treatment.

So hot, the aircon was not facing us, so for us to at least sleep well at night, we had to leave the AC on the whole day from morning.

The AC is just not cold enough, otherwise it's okay.

No need to be confused anymore for those of you who want to stay here, I swear it's really enjoyable. The swimming pool is very long, very wide. Free to swim at night until 11. This will be my favorite place 😍. If you want to check in, you can directly ask the security guard in front, ask for directions to the tulip lobby ✨. Thank you B residence.

private apartment, more like a minimalist hotel, the price rate is appropriate, the view is very cool, for the Tangerang area it is very easy to access many places from here, there are places to eat, coffee shops, Indomaret, in front of it there is an Aeon mall & my event venue is in front of it, you really don't need to take a grab. highly recommended

Sorrounding is great and easy to get foods as there are restaurants and foodcourt. Fantastic for stays. It's very recommended place

The room is very comfy and everything worked great. Warm water running smoothly, wifi and netflix, mini refrigerator, and even an electric kettle. There is some option of restaurant to choose from and the overall the staff is very helpful. Definitely will come back here again! Please keep up the good service!

Hotel staff is very friendly, check in process is fast

First time here a bit confused because there are 3 towers fortunately the security is ready to help and the reception is friendly. It turns out that for hotel guests it is in the Tulip Tower. The basement parking is narrow, you have to be careful with this/out of the parking lot, for large cars it seems not recommended 🫢. The location is near AEON Sentul, just cross the street. Stayed here for a concert. It was really worth it, close to ICE BSD. After the concert, we walked from ICE to the apartment for about 5 minutes. The facilities are also really good. The wifi is really smooth, the TV uses a smart TV. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a small refrigerator, so you can store food in the refrigerator. There are towels and toiletries. The only downside is there are no hangers, maybe it would be better to give 1/2 hangers. Before entering, we had to go to the receptionist first. To fill in the data and give a deposit of 100k. Overall, it's really good.

Clean room. Location is close to ice bsd and aeon bsd. It's just a shame the hot water is unstable. Sometimes it's off sometimes it's on.
