The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too.

The room and service was fantastic. We could not have asked for more from the room which was very comfortable, modern and warm equipped with a gas heater and lots of blankets. This felt very upmarket for La Paz but at a very good price. The communication before and during my stay was brilliant too. The only slight negative would be the breakfast but there was still enough food and drink to keep us going for the day. But the usual Bolivian dry bread! And they gave us a take away breakfast when we left early on trips too.

Paper thin walls. We did not sleep. The restaurant was either closed or reserved for groups. We have not been able to eat there or just chill on the rooftop. Breakfast was very poor.. and we asked for an ealy check-in at 5 AM. They confirmed is was ok but when we got there they said there was no room ready before 8:30 AM. They made us pay the same price but we had to sleep in the lobby.

It is the most noisy hotel I ‘ve been. They had parties all night till 1am. And start to do clean and move furniture at 6am. But the worst was that I was poisoned with a decomposed Hamburger in the restaurante and lost three days of my holidays with fever and diarrhea. I told the people of reception and just say: oh sorry!

Excellent location, the staff were beyond helpful! Especially Carmen she went out of her way to help with directions and things to do. We will definitely be back.

Meet all my expectations

Room was very clean and updated. There was only one elevator for an eight-story structure so that was a negative. Also, the walls were thin so noise from the hall was very audible.

Would stay again.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the rooms were a little on the warm side and so we opened up the window to cool it down. Then the street noise was too much to sleep.

Very well situated hotel close to main street. Nice new hotel. No aircon for summer. People on reception helpful. Restaurant on top floor was lovely. The menu was totally in Spanish with no English. The wait staff also did not understand english. Im sure we are not the only English speaking guests. A suggestion to include English on the menu would be helpful.

The room was very clean and the shower was among. Poor air circulation in the room.

Room with king bed was great. Breakfast was basic and included. Hotel stored luggage for us between stays whilst off to the jungle.

Everything was great! Wonderful stuff in the hotel very professional with great knowledge of hospitality. Hotel is beautiful, clean just perfect for a good night of rest.

it one of the best hotel that i stayed on this trip to bolivia and in case that i will go back to la paz i would stay at the same hotel the staff are very friendly and they help me to organise my trip to copacampana and also to the death road in really good price the location of the hotel is also good and safe
