Was very surprised at the room we received with a kitchenette for the price we paid. The front deck employee was very nice and helpful. This property is so close to the ferry too. Highly recommended it

Check in was great. Reception was awesome and incredibly helpful♥️👍 The dogs settled in on their pillows in 5 minutes!! They apparently felt at home too!!! Thanks so much from all of us!

The property is old but our room was clean and neat. The young woman on the desk came and fixed the remote for tv and was so polite and helpful.

We enjoyed our one week stay at the departure bay motel. It was quiet and comfortable for the most part, just wish we got a quick room refresh mid-week. The staff was helpful and responsive for all needs. Would stay again!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were shorted on the towels in the bathroom had to go and ask for more towels

Friendly staff, wonderful cozy room, amazingly convenient for the departure bay ferry and the highway noise wasn’t bad at all. The walls are a bit thin so if you have a noisy neighbour it might be tough but I will be coming here again!

The Feedback Rooms provided a pleasant stay. The accommodations were decent, and I was particularly impressed by the friendly and cooperative staff. I would absolutely choose to stay there again.
