The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The aircon was excellent. The shower was wonderful- hot water and a rain shower. The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as there are ample restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our room had a view of the river too, which was tranquil. Overall, it was perfect for our one night before moving onto the Galápagos Islands. I’d stay again and would recommend to others who are visiting Guayaquil.

The staff was fantastic. Lucia was especially efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this beautiful, safe, quiet, and clean hotel. Five stars all around.
