Property was amazing! Location is great for walkers, staff was incredibly helpful and nice, loved our stay. We also enjoyed the spa after a long day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend.

Our stay at the W Budapest was phenomenal. The hospitality from the entrance to the reception desk as well as the restaurant was just amazing. It felt that people actually feel happy working here. The hotel itself was amazing. You get a WOW feeling the moment you enter the hotel. It’s a beautiful property, top notch and the people who work there are just amazing who make you feel welcome and important.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Gorgeous classic architectural detail with modern amenity and comfort. Right across from the opera and central to all things in Budapest. Will never stay anywhere else if I return.

Fabulous hotel. Great location and the STAFF amazing.

This is a new addition to the w family and it shows. Staff are eager to please and attentive. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculate. It also has all the modern amenities needed and staff are willing to go above and beyond. They are knowledgable and offer excellent advice on dining options and excursions. But….the hotel is not used to being at capacity. As the hotel got busier small flaws appeared such as running out of basic items at breakfast and a slow unresponsive wait staff. Having said this I would book again and recommend to friends and family. I only envisage the hotel getting better and would definitely stay at future new w hotels. Easily located in heart of pest. Close to various dining options and the river. We used lime scooters and got about easily in foot without need for taxi. Safe neighbourhood along a glamorous street (adjacent to Gucci etc)
