Customer service was top tier. Felt at home. Suite has everything you could possibly need.

We stayed for one night at the Sandman for a small girls night. The property was beautiful, I LOVED the art work located around the property Everything was supper clean (minus the big gross toe nail on the floor- not ours) Other then that it was a great time

No issues, check in was quick. Parking was easy over the three nights. Room was very clean and hotel was quiet.

I really loved the bathroom, it ws very nice. The shower was so enjoyable and i especially enjoy the mirrors with the light settings. The room was great overall.

Kids had a blast in the pool and waterslide. They were amazed by the hotel room as well

Beautiful

Beautiful property. Rooms were very nice. Kids loved the pool. The only thing that was annoying …there was an event happening on the main floor. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the loud music playing until close to midnight. I could hear the base even with the tv on in our room.

Good Hotel

Close to the main shopping areas, new building, the idea of a seperate toilet area inside the bath/shower area was well thought out. Fully equipped with untensils for the kitchennet

Bed

I found the front desk agent a bit abrupt, room was small and the bed had streaks of dirt on the sheets.

It was great

First time staying here and won’t be the last. We enjoyed our stay & how close it was to shopping/restaurants. The checking in/out staff member was lovely as well. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine

The heating/cooling unit in the room was loud as well as the mini fridge.
