Once in this place the cleanliness is very bad. Because I came with the intention of a clean room for resting. It turned out, going in and choosing one room at a time, the bathroom smelled, urine had not been flushed, the blanket looked like it had never been washed, the pillowcase was not clean. The bathroom had little water. Dumb. Please improve the cleanliness and comfort of this inn because it's a shame the location has a good view but the place is very bad.

Stafnya ramah dan baik. Tapi fasilitasnya yang disayangkan. Itu di Lembang yang dingin, tapi air panasnya mati. Lampu kamar redup, lampu teras mati. Sudah dikomplain, tapi katanya nanti dipasang sampai saya sudah check out besoknya. Sprei kotor dan apek. Semoga bisa diperbaiki. Yang paling sulit diterima adalah ada pasangan ribut dini hari di kamar sebelah, tapi dibiarkan saja. Padahal saya bawa kedua orang tua yang butuh istirahat. Saya sudah gedor pintu mereka untuk kasih kode, tapi ternyata ga ngerti juga.

The room that was booked had lots of ants on the floor, the TV didn't turn on, the water came out a little at a time, then they were given a move to another room but to a smaller room, the floor was very dusty, the pillow smelled of dirty slobber. Complained straight away checking out, didn't stay overnight, 50% of the money was returned, really not worth it.

I will write an honest review since this was the worst experience I had with Red Doorz and online agent. It's never been before. The good thing about this hotel is only distance. It's really near Tangkuban Perahu, so I can suggest/recommend this hotel if: 1. The room was clean. There many ants there, the room is rather dirty and have a certain smell. The bathroom is like never been used for a long time. Toilet didn't work well. 2. The water flow worked well. The water flow is really small, I barely took a shower. The only water that worked is only the bidet. I can tolerate other things, but how can a person live without water? 3. Towels were clean. I'll be honest here, I bought a towel from a convenience store and use their towels for doormat/foot. It's that dirty and smelly. 4. Bedsheets, pillow cover. I can't even say a word. I use my clothes to cover my pillow. My point is, online agent and Red Doorz should do inspection regarding bare minimum for a hotel. I really don't mind about air conditioner (which is not available while they advertise it to including one), but for cleanliness and facilities I think it needs to be improved immediately.

Don't order at this place, it's not really recommended! There's no AC!
