Dear London Hostel Management/Customer Service,
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions and lack of refund regarding my booking as attached details.
Upon arriving at the designated check-in time, I found the following issues with my assigned room:
* The room was not ready.
* The bed linens had not been changed.
* The rubbish bin was full of trash.
These conditions were unacceptable and rendered the room unusable. Due to these issues, I was unable to stay at your hostel.
I immediately requested a full refund and was assured that this would be processed. Despite repeated follow-ups, almost a month has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of attached amount to my traveloka credit back. I expect a response and confirmation of the refund within 7 business days.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response and refund within this timeframe, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies and post reviews about the hostel on public review platforms.
I look forward to your prompt resolution of this issue.
