We asked for a deluxe single bed, but it turned out to be two beds combined, just like a twin bed, because the mattresses are separated when you sleep on them. That's all. All in all, it's good.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here, it's never disappointing, but unfortunately yesterday the national TV broadcast couldn't be heard, the Android TV signal also kept going round and round.

It's very comfortable to stay here because it's close to everywhere and the room is also clean. What's certain is that the price is also affordable

for the size of this reddoorz, it's pretty good, the AC and hot water work, the TV can also be used in addition to local channels (youtube etc.) because often there are many where the AC, TV, and hot water don't work. only for the cleanliness, it's not very clean, but it's still okay if you want to stay for a while

the room is clean, very comfortable for family accommodation, really comfortable. the price is really cheap with really good and satisfying facilities 🥰 each room has a prayer mat for praying too. there is a full body mirror so you don't have to worry about looking for a mirror if you're doing ootd too lol. the best anyway

Staff very friendly and helpful. Only the bathroom which smell quite not good. But overall, outstanding!

When I checked in, the room was dirty, there was a lot of hair, as if it hadn't been swept, so I'm not sure if the sheets were changed or not. There really aren't any toiletries, guys.

The bathroom smells, the cleanliness of the sheets is questionable, there are lots of yellow stains on the pillows, I ordered a king bed but was given a single bed and then put a sponge in the middle, the staff is very uninformative.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the location is strategic because it is close to Jatim Park 3, and close to the souvenir shop, there is an express laundry service too. Next time you go to Malang, you will definitely stay here again.

Staff kurang ramah. Kebersihan sangat kurang, di beberapa area banyak yg kotor. Kamar pernah hanya dirapihkan saja, tdk diganti handuk & diberikan air mineral. Makanan yg disajikan kematangan.

Lokasi strategis di antara Kota Malang-Kota Batu.

Guest House nya bersih itu yang penting, saya rencana memang mau ke Jatim Park 3 dan memang deket banget lokasinya. Lokasi deket tempat oleh-oleh, makanan gak bingung nyarinya, pos ketan legenda dan banyak banget pilihan makan. Worth it dengan harga di bawah 300rbu, kalo ke batu nginep sini lagi deh pasti. Cuma sayangnya 1, gak ada cermin di Kamar mandi hehe.

Hotelnya lumayan, plus minus wajar dengan harga yang lumayan terjangkau. Cuma mungkin perlu ditingkatkan kebersihannya:) saya dan suami datang lantainya kotor, karena ndak nyaman saya minta sapu dan saya sapu sendiri:), belum ada keset kamar mandi harus minta ke receptionist. Wifi bisa dipakai internet sampai malam saja, dari pagi sampai cekout no internet, mungkin ada problem saya kurang tau:). Tapi senengnya tv bisa dipakai nonton netflix + youtube selama wifi nya bisa. Ada cafe buat santai di depan. Minusnya lagi, kalau malam agak berisik suara tv pegawai sepertinya. Kedengeran sampai lantai 2 jadi tidak bisa tidur. But mengingat harga terjangkau masih ok lah.
