There are many culinary options around the hotel, but the location is on a rather narrow road and the parking area is only big enough for 3 cars.

The receptionist and crew were friendly, the room, facility and environment is excellent.

Have stayed here twice. For several hotels that I have stayed in, this is the best and the breakfast is the best and tastiest in Ternate.

I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ternate for a while. This hotel got a very nice and clean room. Room facilities are also nice. The staffs are super helpful. The breakfast for me is proper, although the variety is quite limited, they taste delicious. The view from the room is spectacular. I can see mount Gamalama from my room, and the other side of another room they can view the sea! Three let downs of the hotel are: they have a very limited and narrow parking space, they don't have any sport facilities, and they don't provide laundry services. That is why I only recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay just for 1 - 3 nights. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay for longer (more than 1 week).

Very nice and helpful staff and the whole hotel is clean and well furnished. We felt very comfortable and would book the hotel again. The junior suite was very spacious and well equipped for such a remote place. Of course you have to remember that there is no mass tourism here. Highly recommended to have western standards again

The hotel looks small from the front, but inside it is quite spacious, the room is clean, comfortable, the mattress is soft, so far I am quite satisfied

Check in the hotel around 2 or 3 local time, fast registration and immediately escorted to the room. The room is clean and tidy, adequate facilities including Wi-Fi and room phone. The bathroom is clean and hot water can be used. Room cleaning service is also good and refilled properly. Can view directly towards the mountain on the 3rd floor, very satisfying.
