Jotel's location is very strategic, the service is very friendly. Next trip will stay here again.

Lokasi jotel sangat strategis, pelayanan sangat ramah. Next trip akan menginap di sini lagi.

Firstly, the door was difficult to open, the room door couldn't be locked and had to be blocked, called room service, who was very disturbed and then asked to confirm what time checkout was.

Pertama masuk pintu susah d buka, pintu kamar ktnya gak bsa d kunci harus d ganjal, panggil room service, yang sangat terganggu zelalu bertanya minta kepastian jam berapa checkout.
